We may, at our discretion, verify supplier information, including business registration, product quality claims, and certifications. Suppliers granted a verification badge have undergone our verification process; however, this does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the supplier's products or services.
Supplier subscription plans provide enhanced listing features, analytics, and promotional tools. Subscription details, pricing, and features for each tier (Free, Pro, Premium, Enterprise) are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and features with 30 days' written notice to affected subscribers.
Users who submit reviews and ratings agree to:
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Suppliers may respond to reviews but may not pressure, threaten, or harass reviewers. We are not responsible for the content of user reviews and do not guarantee the accuracy of any review.
By submitting reviews, ratings, or other User Content to the Platform, you grant Peptides.SO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and our business operations.
All payments on the Platform are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
Supplier subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Peptides.SO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Peptides.SO name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Peptides.SO.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Automated scraping, data mining, or extraction of content from the Platform is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization.

Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform informally by contacting us at legal@peptides.so. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including supplier websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties. Your interaction with any third-party website or service is governed by that third party's terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptides.SO regarding the use of the Platform.
